Fig S4 : Assessmentof Index Tags

Sequences were assigned to one of 101 samples by the index tag, allowing up to 1 base mismatch in the expected tag sequence. For each sample, the percentage of tags having a single mismatch is indicated. Barcodes 97, 98 and 99 are not present in the experiment and are excluded from the analysis.
